How do I make a purchase on your website?
Browse through all our collections and categories. Once you have found an item of your choice, click on the 'Add to Cart' button below each item. Review your selection by clicking the 'Cart' link at the top right of the page. You can always remove a particular item from your Cart while reviewing your selections. If you wish to continue browsing, click on the 'Continue Shopping' button. To complete your order, click on the 'Check Out' button.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless 'SOLD OUT' is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, to find out if the product can be made available or if the made to order option is available, place an advance order.
Shipping and Returns
Where is my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours/2 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number with which you can track the status of your order. The dispatch of an order may get delayed if the ordered product fails quality check. In such an instance, we try our best to provide a replacement and ship the order subsequently.

What are your hours of operation?
We function from 11:00 am to 6:30 pm (IST), Monday to Saturday. We’re unavailable on Sundays and all Indian Public Holidays.

Yes! We’re based out of Delhi and you can drop by our store at Khan Market.

Are the colours of the products shown on the website accurate?
While we have made every effort to display colours of the products that appear as accurately as possible on the website, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Some products may also appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on our website.
You can message us on Instagram or mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get your doubts clarified. We’re available online to help you with your queries.
What can I do if my product breaks?
All our pieces undergo a rigorous Quality Check before they’re shipped out. If your piece looks broken or dented upon arrival, please reach out to us with pictures. You have 48hours from the date you receive it to request for a replacement, provided the damage is on account of a manufacturing defect.
However, incase of damage to your product at a later stage, do let us know and we can get it repaired for you at our studio. Repairing charges to be borne by the customer. Please be ready to provide the receipt of your original purchase. Discontinued designs may not be rectified.
Do you do customisations?
Currently we don’t. We work with a lot of old silver, one of a kind pieces and it often is a little difficult to make changes to our existing pieces as they’re also limited in quantity.
However, we will be happy to help you find something very close to your requirements if we feel we may have something available as per your liking!
